Dr. Negin Ghaffari

DDS,MSc (Orthodontics)

Dr. Negin Ghaffari completed her Doctorate of Dental Surgery (DDS) at the University of Toronto winning several awards and distinctions including the Dean’s Honours List and Dr. Kenneth F. Pownall Memorial Award. After working for 2 years as a general dentist, her love of orthodontics inspired her to return to school for another three-year specialty Master of Science (MSc) program in Orthodontics at the University of Toronto. She is an active member of various Dental and Orthodontic associations, including the Canadian Association of Orthodontists (CAO), American Association of Orthodontists (AAO), and Ontario Association of Orthodontists (OAO). In her free time Dr. Negin loves to spend time with her family and friends, travel, learn new languages or read novels and poetry from around the world.

Orthodontic Hygienist

With more than 20 years of experience as an orthodontic dental hygienist, she’s built a career on creating comfortable, confident smiles. Patients appreciate her steady expertise, her friendly approach, and the genuine care she brings to every visit. Outside the office, she loves spending time with her family, enjoying the loyal company of her dog, and unwinding with a good book whenever she gets the chance.

Megan Mcfatridge

Treatment Coordinator

Megan has been a dedicated dental assistant for over 16 years and plays an important role in helping patients feel comfortable and informed throughout their visits. In addition to assisting with dental procedures, she also works closely with patients as a treatment coordinator, helping them understand their treatment plans and answering any questions along the way. Megan enjoys building relationships with patients and helping create a positive, welcoming experience at the clinic. Outside of work, Megan loves relaxing and catching up on her favourite shows. She also enjoys spending time at her farm with her two dogs and caring for her chickens.

Valentyna

Scheduling Coordinator

Valentyna joined our team in 2023. She first started by managing our social media and treatment photography, and her role has since expanded to include assisting in treatment coordination and administrative support around the office. Valentyna also keeps the team and patients energized as our in-house barista! She is known for her positive attitude and friendly personality, helping create a welcoming and comfortable environment for both patients and the team. Outside the clinic, Valentyna enjoys organizing and decorating events and loves bringing people together to create memorable experiences.

Shelby

Orthodontic Level 2 dental assistant

Shelby is a certified level II orthodontic dental assistant with over 13 years of experience. She enjoys working closely with the patients and helping them feel confident and comfortable throughout their orthodontic journey. Outside of the clinic, she is a proud mom to her son, Noah, and daughter, Chloe. When she is not cheering them on at the rink or ball diamond, you can find her on the golf course enjoying a round or relaxing with a good book.
